Where Your Business Matters

Mailboxes Unlimited was originally established in 2005 as a Neighborhood Postal Center, providing packing and shipping services and mailbox rentals.  The business was faltering under the pressure of the “Financial Recession of 2007-2009”.

After moving to Cle Elum in September 2008, Gary and Sandra Hammons bought Mailboxes Unlimited in June of 2009.  We Both had long careers in the corporate world, Sandra as a Contracts Manager and Gary as an Industrial Engineering Manager and business consultant.

We weathered through the “Recovery Dark Days” of 2009-2012 with many of our new local colleagues. Our focus was to regain the strained confidence of the community, by providing high quality service and products, at a fair price.  We began then, and remain now, the place, “Where Your Business Matters”.

As the economy began to improve, so has our business.  As business grew, we began to invest more in equipment, products and infrastructure and professional staff.  In June of 2012, we moved to our new location on East 1st Street in Cle Elum, In 2014, we added new Wide Format Color Scanning and Printing capabilities. 

In 2015, we changed our business name to” Wapiti Office”.  This was a rebranding effort to promote a broader appeal to an expanding marketplace.  Our emphasis was to grow the Print, Copy and Office Service for personal and business demands.  We are known now as, “Wapiti” by the locals.  In need of more space we moved the business again in 2021 to 1015 east Second Street, suite 2…the Dru Bru building.
