Lianne
Lianne joined Wapiti Office in 2020 as Operations Manager and has since grown the team into what she proudly considers a family. Known for her results-driven mindset, she focuses on improving efficiency, boosting productivity, and supporting team success across all areas of the organization. Her commitment to operational excellence shows in the consistent, high-quality outcomes she delivers, along with the positive, collaborative culture she fosters.
She is passionate about building and leading a high-performing team grounded in accountability, clear communication, exceptional service, and shared goals. Lianne also places strong value on community connections, helping cultivate trust and a spirit of continuous improvement both inside and outside the workplace.
Based in Cle Elum with her husband, Lianne enjoys golfing, staying active with regular workouts, and spending time with friends and family. Together, they have four adult children and four grandchildren.

Debbie joined the Wapiti team in February 2021 and quickly became a cornerstone of the organization. Known for her reliability, positive attitude, and strong work ethic, she consistently lifts those around her. She stays calm under pressure and approaches challenges with a solutions-focused mindset, bringing both professionalism and genuine care to her work. Her teammates value not only her contributions, but also the way she encourages and supports others to succeed.
Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending time outdoors with her family—especially fishing, camping, and visiting Lake Roosevelt, where she can relax and recharge. Family is at the heart of everything she does, and she treasures opportunities to travel and create lasting memories together.
Debbie lives in Cle Elum with her husband, and together they have two adult children.

Carrie has deep roots in the Cle Elum community, having moved here with her family in 1995. She attended high school locally, later married, and raised her own family in the area. Since joining the Wapiti team in November 2021, she has become an incredibly valued member known for her genuine connection to the community and dedication to serving others. Many locals recognize her from her 12 years at Cle Elum Safeway, where she built lasting relationships and a reputation for exceptional service.
Carrie’s approachable personality, strong communication skills, and consistently positive attitude make her someone people naturally trust and turn to. She goes above and beyond to ensure everyone she works with feels supported and appreciated. Her strong work ethic and sincere passion for helping others make her an essential part of the team.
Outside of work, Carrie enjoys spending quality time with friends and family and making lasting memories. She loves trips to the ocean, live music, camping, road trips, and reading. On Sundays, she attends Cle Elum Alliance Church, where she continues to grow in her faith.
